élevage: 8 months in 500l cask (third & fourth filling)

analytics: alc. 13,0 % sugar 1,4 g/l acidity 7 g/l

sensory: in the nose refreshing Mediterranean fruit, orange & grapefruit, coconut, gooseberries, yellow fruit, concentrated, structured, handsome acidity, enormously mineralic, tightly woven & totally long, luxuriant extract in the finish, power with a great deals of finesse.

food pairing recommendation: crustaceans & seafood, grilled fish, fowl & spicy dishes, as well as traditional austrian cuisine

glass: large burgundy glass, decant if possible

élevage: 12 months in 500l cask, third & fourth filling

analytics: alc. 13,0 % sugar 2,8 g/l acidity 6,6 g/l

sensory: pears and blood oranges, light citrus, strawberries, coconut and pineapple, creamy extract, lots of minerality & yellow fruit, expressive; perfectly balanced & very long.

food pairing recommendation: crustaceans & sautéed seafood, veal roast, fowl, spicy dishes, fusion cuisine

élevage: spontaneously fermented in open wooden vat, manual punchdown, afterward matured 10 months in 500l cask, (third & fourth filling)

sensory: dark berries, a bit of chocolate, marvellous fruit on the palate, minerality, once more berries & black cherries, well balanced and long.
