our white wines are vinified principally from the thermenregion’s indigenous grape varieties zierfandler (synonym spätrot) and rotgipfler, while the red wines focus upon varieties that prove ideal for the thermenregion, pinot noir and sankt laurent.

for me, patience and composure are among the most essential ingredients to wine production.

these wines offer great drinking pleasure, are marvellous companions to fine cuisine, and in the more sophisticated categories offer enormous potential for cellaring and maturing.
