This privacy statement delineates the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as ‘data’) within our online presence and the associated web pages, functions and content, as well as that of our external online presence, such as our social media profile.

The website operators take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy statement.

The servers for this website are located in austria and are compliant with the general data protection regulation (gdpr)! 

Our website can generally be used without disclosing sensitive personal data. The owners of this website, the webmaster and persons involved in procedures related to this website have been informed about the relevant data protection regulations, committed themselves to data secrecy and also signed a data processing agreement. These persons alone have access to personal data.   Scope of data processingTransmission to third parties We use your data in our legitimate business interests as the party responsible here for processing your data, and to the extent necessary for the proper conduct and execution of our services. Data whose further storage is required for evidentiary purposes are excluded from deletion until final clarification of the respective incident.

According to article 16 of the gdpr you have the right to request further completion of any data concerning you or the correction of any incorrect data concerning you. In addition, you also have, according to article 77 of the gdpr, the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
